Mission

Doer works with regional and remote communities to increase income, create jobs, reduce disadvantage and end poverty.

Doer's objectives are to improve results for disproportionately disadvantaged Aboriginal Torres and Strait Island people, and other Australians, by delivering high-quality programs, activities, support services, and training and employment pathways that benefit our regional communities.

Doer addresses and resolves vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment, creates long-term, sustainable employment opportunities and promotes stronger family environments.

At doer.org.au, we believe in the potential of every young person to thrive, succeed, and make a positive impact on the world.
