On 6 August 2024, after significant community consultation across the Pilbara, doer.org.au submitted a grant application to the WA Department of Transport, for a Round 5, Driving Access and Equity grant to continue and expand our Doer Drive Program to eligible participants in the Shire of East Pilbara, Town of Port Hedland, and the Shire of Ashburton.
Due to extreme demand across the Pilbara, at the time of publishing this article, doer have temporarily paused their ongoing applications for the Doer Drive program. Existing eligible participants will be contacted shortly. Click here for more information.
